Telephone support services are available with Easy PC Solutions/WRT Telephone support provides a quick and easy way to get less complicated questions answered.
As part of our continuing effort to provide the highest possible level of service to our clients we will provide support for NDCMedisoft products.

Service Hours

Support is available from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday. Exceptions to this availability will be occasional downtime due to system & server maintenance, holidays, weekends, and events beyond our control.
 

When You Call for Support

You will be provided with a dedicated phone number especially designed to handle Medisoft phone support issues. The phone will be monitored by our knowledgeable support staff during normal service hours. Your call will be responded to as quick as possible with in those service hours.
Please be ready to provide specific information for our technical staff. Have available a description of the problem, what version of Medisoft and Operating system you are using.
 
We offer three different support plans, Monthly, Semi-annual, and Annual. Please contact us for more information and pricing.
